Not to mention that dog breeds were usually the result of centuries of incest and eugenics, Africa is the most genetically diverse continent as a whole so it's not like those bad bad black people can even remotely be called a "breed" of humans. On top of that, why is it that those bad bad black people usually are more genetically different from other bad bad black people than the wholesome chungus whites?
Regardless, usually I find that these evolutionary psychologists are Christians, and therefore believe in free will. Wouldn't it be blasphemy to make such sweeping judgments about large swathes of people, writing them off as 'all the same'?
In my experience the free will stuff is more often understood as an ad hoc justification for why their leadership gets to wash their hands of any and all responsibility for the suffering around them
