MODERATORS
Modern wizards pore over ancient tomes (old forum posts) and write spells for eldritch beings in arcane languages (program computers) and are fueled by power potions that give them unnatural abilities (coffee)
They also make pacts with powerful evil beings to use their abilities for questionable goals (jobs) and have twisted the purity of magic into a foul and dark tongue (javascript)
Sacrificing a goat would be so much easier than some of the things I've done with Javascript. (Things that shouldn't even be hard in the first place)
