The American electoral system is broken beyond repair. There is nothing he could do to fix it. Also, Biden literally needs to sign a single document to make election day a national holiday and allow people to vote more easily. He just doesn't care.
That's why you should vote for someone who will do nothing to stop fascism, because he only serves to benefit from it.
