I always enjoyed the aesthetics of this building.. i know most find it ugly/bland, but ive always enjoyed the large brick massing… understandable to see it go considering its condition though.

I just hope whatever they replace this with is of the same (or greater) density.. I feel like this site deserves way more love than a generic 5/1 or a suburban 4 floor office can provide. The building is currently 11 floors, i would personally like to see (at a minimum) an 11 floor structure take its place.
