Export "suggested" email contacts from iMail or any other 3rd party email client (alien.top)

Title says most of it... but looking to export every contact email I ever contacted from iMail (Mac OS).

ie: when I create a new message, all the suggested emails that come up on "To:" - can I export this? I looked endlessly online to no avail.

I tried it but then I realized it wouldn't export just the contact, it would export each email individually...

Any ideas?
