My 14-year-old son wants an iPhone for Christmas. Do I need to get him the 15 or will an older version be okay?

He's only ever had Samsung phones, and not very good ones at that.

Time to teach him basic math: his bank account - price of the thing he wants = yes or no of him getting it.
