Hey, I want to run an Ethernet cable through my apartment (not in my walls, but along my walls) but once the cable arrives at the door to my room idk what I should do to get it through, I have very modern doors without any open spaces where a cable might fit through, I'd appreciate any advice/help

You’ll have to penetrate somewhere if you can’t go under the door. You might have to just have an access point at the end of your hallway and connect wirelessly from there.

Are you suggesting I add a repeater in front of my door und use WiFi for my PC?

A repeater takes the wifi you have and blasts it louder so it can go farther. An access point is an entry point into the wired network. So, you could have wired as far as you can practically take it and then make the final hop wirelessly.
