Why is it so hard for an iphone to press on the right part of the text i want or to change text when theres a type🥲. sometimes it even suggests things that are completely wrong or make no sense. aswell as that sometimes after ive fixed an error and i for example want to edit the text right before that word, it keeps selecting that same i had already fixed. this is a rant but for a device so expensive there are so many things wrong with it and this is just one of them.

This was a life altering event when i learned this.

While in a text entry mode, hold the spacebar down until it haptic-clicks. All the keys will go blank. You’re just entered a sort of mouse mode for the text entry cursor. Without letting go, drag the finger holding down the spacebar to move the text entry cursor more precisely.
