I’m curious - why do you pick iPhone compared to other smartphone brands? (Google Pixel, Samsung, OnePlus, etc.)

(I’m also going to be asking in other phone subs, hope this survey goes well)

After my Nokia 5800 XpressMusic I got my first real smartphone, which was an iPhone 4S. I wasn’t really fan of Apple, even used to shit on iPhones, just because they were expensive and I never owned one. After getting it, I was amazed, especially by the screen. My first ever proper touch screen. After some time I decided to give Android a chance and bought Samsung Galaxy S4. Had the worst smartphone experience of my life, which ended on Samsung’s battery becoming an explosive pillow. Android back then was also a terrible experience. To Samsung’s credit, they replaced almost whole phone on warranty. They left only the back of it from old one, just because it was scratched from swollen battery. Sold it right after getting it back from warranty. Bought iPhone 5S to have proper smartphone back, then shortly after got my 6S that served me well for 3,5 years.

Not gonna lie, that whole Android experience left such bitter taste that I never looked at Android phones again. I got a lot more into tech world since then and now, if I wasn’t invested in Apple ecosystem, I’d consider getting Pixel. Tbh I’m considering getting one anyway just to see how it is nowadays.
