Are there any Apple Watch users who don’t workout? If so what do you use your watch for?

Sleep tracking, HR tracking, all of the other health stats that don't include workouts, viewing and responding to messages, taking calls if my phone is in another room, other notifications, controlling media, smart home commands, checking the time, setting timers, a wake up alarm.

Tracking workouts is only one part of a whole lot of stuff the watch is able to do.
