BT is offering me speeds of 60 mbps, while Shell is offering 90 mbps. Shell's minimum gaurenteed speed is 70 mpbs and BT's is 50 mpbs. They both use Openreach cables. Will there be any difference?

I had it with EE, at the time zen and others were selling it. There used to be a list on the openreach website
