Is anyone else’s iPhone laggy after the most recent IOS 17.1.1 update?

Very laggy. Had to factory reset it a couple of times just to make it feel fast for a couple of weeks. Currently switching to my old android until the lag gets better.

iPhone 13 base model, purchased in July 2023, 38/128 gb used
