I need help pairing my Apple Watch. (alien.top)

I bought an Apple Watch and I can’t pair it with my phone because it’s asking for an account that is associated with somebody I no longer talk to. I’ve had multiple iPhones since I got the first phone that is associated with this persons account. Why Is it asking me for this account that has nothing to do with my current phone? Anybody know how to fix this?

Well I updated the Apple Watch and now it works fine. 🤷‍♂️
