Hey. Looking for some advice.

We have 4 BT ports in our flat and only the master socket by the front door works (so that’s where our router is). I’d love to be able to get it into the living room to plug my PS5 in via Ethernet, but the closest outlet for the internet/phone splitter is dead - as are all the other ones in other rooms.

Any idea how I can fix these? Or who I need to get in to fix them? I opened them up and they are a very basic connector with four multicoloured wires going into them (themselves encased in a thick white cable with a few extra unused wires in it).

This is what I suspected. Issue is, I can't run an Ethernet to the PS5 easily as the router is in our hall by the front door, on the wrong side of the flat...
