RIP offline Siri after WatchOS 10.1? (alien.top)

After installing 10.1 last night I noticed Siri does not do anything offline (on-device) anymore (I have an Ultra 2). Even when online it seems some commands that used to work are not supported anymore, for example What's the Blutetooth status? or Turn Bluetooth on. WTF?
