MacBook M1 2020 overheating issue (alien.top)

Hi, I use a 2020 MacBook air M1.

After one hour in a video call (Microsoft Teams) I get overheating issues. I use my MacBook with one external Screen and use notes while video calls.

Is this normal or should I change something to fix this?

Thank you for sharing.I’m sorry I didn’t know that. I bought it when I got the laptop. I wish the sales associate had said something.
