Hi, I use a 2020 MacBook air M1.

After one hour in a video call (Microsoft Teams) I get overheating issues. I use my MacBook with one external Screen and use notes while video calls.

Is this normal or should I change something to fix this?

Hard cases can put undue stress on the screen and cause damage over time.
