I appreciate the focus on stormwater contamination, but they make the renders look like a park, which i feel is extremely disingenuous…
There is similar infrastructure under the marquette interchange, which is an absolutely awful place to be.. it is such a hostile environment that paths through it have big signs saying “watch for falling debris”.
