Dog shit network, call the landlord out on it. Tell him you’re fed up and your lease includes internet, not a half working internet. If knowledgeable offer to do the installation yourself or demand a qualified technician. I’ve been in your situation and landlords think they can get away with leaky roofs and broken water pipes
Possibly, they're installing fiber in the future, or so they claim. The landlord is equally annoyed about it and claims we are on the best avaliable package. I actually dont think it's the providores fault in this case, the speeds are high 2/3 of the time 60mbps then as described 1/3 of the time drop out every 2mins.
I think it might be some software or device buggigng it out, I would love to acces the router files and check the reports for what its doing in those 2min intervals but Im not allowed.
