Blind Main
The main community at rblind.com, for discussion of all things blindness.
You can find the rules for this community, and all other communities we run, here: https://ourblind.com/comunity-guidelines/ Lemmy specifics: By participating on the rblind.com Lemmy server, you are able to participate on other communities not run, controlled, or hosted by us. When doing so, you are expected to abide by all of the rules of those communities, in edition to also following the rules linked above. Should the rules of another community conflict with our rules, so long as you are participating from the rblind.com website, our rules take priority. Should we receive complaints from other instances or communities that you are repeatedly, knowingly, and maliciously breaking there rules, we may take moderator action against you, even if your posts comply with all of the rblind.com rules linked above.

https://lemmy.blahaj.zone/c/kebtranscriparchive is good for when you want people from outside Lemmy to create accounts on your instance. [email protected] might be better for people with existing account to subscribe to your community.
Was able to get there and subscribe but it was a bit of work to get there...Does not help that I am new enough to Lemmy that I am still figuring out how to do things.
Don't see any content yet and a no easy way to post there either (no Create a post button yet). However I know a lot of instances are overloaded right now so I understand there could be delay. Will try again after a bit.
Hmm, so this instance is just a place where I'm storing transcriptions I've personally done on Lemmy, so there shouldn't be a create post button. I have the create post feature set to moderators only. It's weird that there wasn't any content visible, because I have already stored some transcriptions there! Maybe blahaj crapped out a little. Thank you for the feedback, I'll investigate some more :)
I have content this morning. We were not previously federated with any communities on that instance so it took a minute.
Oh cool! Thanks, fastfinge!
