That would be ideal. Although I think the fact that we would be moving between provinces might be a bit suspect for lenders.

I agree, that's why I mentioned that it was expected she'd get her job back at the end of her leave. I know we wouldn't have gotten the mortgage approval if her employer had said otherwise. I'm sure it was discussed when the lender called her employer.
