After the most recent update, my stair counter is WAY off, I’ve done none today.

During your walking, are you going up any slopes?

The change in elevation and how fast you are walking may be registering as flights of stairs.

I have seen this happen to me on ocassion.

Not really, it was normal then the update hit and it’s all messed up now.
