Brand new, sealed iPhone got stolen last night in a snatch and grab. What is the point of IMEI or serial number if Apple can’t brick it??? The thief can just use or sell the phone to someone here or in another country..

Ask your cell/mobile provider or insurance to blacklist the IMEI so the phone will be unusable
