Apple Care for Watch - does it cover EVERYTHING? (alien.top)

I’m thinking about picking up a watch and Apple care. I’m wondering does it actually cover everything? When I say everything I mean, smashed, heat damage from sauna, water damage etc?

I noticed in the Apple care page it says "it covers "unlimited incidents from damage from mishandling" but there is absolutely no mention of any other kind of damage.

My watch just broke due to water damage and apple replaced it super quick no questions asked
