Dropped my phone pretty hard and started showing "No Service". Had to select No Service/SIM on the apple repair site, estimated cost was $892 and the price might be less depending on what was the issue. They fixed it in less than an hour. Starting to think that something was loose and they just put it back in place or something for almost $892 lol.

In iPhone settings, Modem Firmware was blank.

Cellular says "Your iPhone is currently unable to access cellular data or make and receive calls or messages".

From what I've seen from people on reddit is that they replace the whole board, which is probably what they did, but for $892 is crazy imo.

Don't really know how repair costs work for iPhones or any phones so

You should have traded it in and took advantage of up to $1000 off based on your service provider and plan. When trading in it doesn’t say anything about the phone needing access to data…
