Is the M3 Pro actually better for gaming? (alien.top)

So I’ve been looking at the M series MacBooks alongisde of minimal gaming laptops for college, and every single time Apple releases a new chip, there seems to be some minor improvement in how well you can game on macOS. However, this year brought a sizeable GPU uplift from previous years with features such as ray-tracing.

Because of this (and that beautiful Space Black color), I’m here to ask: Is gaming on M series Macs actually becoming viable or getting to a point where in six months, we might see proper optimization?

I’m planning to buy a macbook m3 pro. For music production and normal usage. Will it be worth it… i’m a first time a macbook user btw..
