Weird bug where Safari and its settings don’t show up in the Settings Search? (Both on iPhone 13 Pro and 15 Pro running 17.1.1) (alien.top)

It does this most of the time now, but will occasionally show up for reasons I’m not really sure why? There are extensions I have to turn on and off somewhat regularly, so it’s a pain to tap all the way through the menus to get to it. Anyone had this before?

As noted I’ve had it happen on both a 13 Pro and 15 Pro both up to date on 17.1.1
