Why am I getting a fraction of the internet speed on my ethernet? (alien.top)

According to multiple speed tests I have done, I am getting around 10mbs of download speed. Yet the internet is supposed to be around 1000mbs.

I have two cables and have tested them both on my PS4 and PC. Both cables give around 10mbs of download speed on both devices. The cables are same brand. Whats crazy is I have around 100 upload while having 10 download.

What is going on?

What is the physical connection rate of the ethernet? 100Mbps or Gigabit? Also, what model modem and router do you have?
