Hi, i recently moved out and installed a brand new router and contracted new internet, today i tried connecting the ethernet to my PC and it doesn't work, it gets stuck saying "identifying" and it doesn't connects at all, it sometimes does but disconnects inmediately. I checked if it was because of the cable but doesn't seems to be the problem, because i tried on my laptop and it works just fine. My roommate is connected to the same router and it does works, no matter if i switch the LAN sockets, mine still doesn't works. The cable still "clicks" when connected and emits a yellow blinking light, i already tried to update the network adapters and it doesn't works neither... When i tried running the windows fix tool it says that it doesn't have a valid ip config...

Your computer may have a static IP address set in Windows that does not match the settings of the new router. A network adapter reset is easiest, or go to your network adapter properties and manually set your network configuration to automatic (DHCP)
