I’m relocating the wiring cabinet from my bedroom closet out to my garage. Does anyone know what the green cable that is wired to the 110v plug is? This is new construction and the house was cabled by Vitex Systems in FL.

The green cables I usually see are grounds for the ONT. Here, it looks like its spliced into that power adapter, so maybe power for your ONT or something? In either case, doesn't seem right, lol.
