I haven't been subbed here for a while, but it seems that the majority agrees that you should have at least one of these turned on, that is either framerate or dynamic range. Although, what if your average consumer just leaves these options off and never bothers to go in the menu to turn em on, would the average viewer be satisfied?

Most people have budget 4K TVs which means they don't really care to much about visual quality so settings like these won't matter.
