What are these called where you are?

From Fife so these are rolls. Roll on sausage, roll on bacon etc. Heard them called different things in different parts of UK.
I switch between bap, teacake, oven bottom muffin.
And surely a roll on sausage is a roll between two sausages.
Aye, Scots is a back to front language at times.
Too small for a teacake.
