Cool car! I just found this community. FreeCAD is an amazing software considering it's run by donations.

I've been trying it on and off over the last several years but the UI continues to get more and more intuitive even if it's still far off from the products that cost thousands of dollars a year.

Hopefully in the long term this will usher in an era of greater open source design and manufacturing!
