Hear me out... We build it out of a flotilla of the combined world's fleet of super yachts and cruise ships! And we dock it on the Principality of Sealand (they have good internet there I think)

We're gonna need some capital ships and probably some lighter cruisers and destroyer escorts to be able to effectively do fleet maneuvers and protect our new motherland. This plan is also incredibly climate resilient.
But also incredibly climate damaging, which I guess makes it a self fulfilling prophecy!
Not if the ships are nuclear powered!
