Pretty much as the title says, just wondered if it was possible for me to stop listening to a playlist on my Mac and seamlessly pick it up on my iPhone, rather than starting the playlist again?

What I do is just AirPlay to other devices (usually the Linux PC which is connected to my audio setup) from the iPhone. Not perfect of course, but I don't mind. This would be nice to have though, and if they do this I hope they can implement it better than Spotify's janky Connect.
