One of my favorite mods - a blue FW3A that I swapped SST-20 Deep Red into.
This is with a fresh Molicel P26A 18650.
Thing rips.
But I mostly use it at low levels where it’s very efficient.
I love deep red because it does not attract insects and it’s gentle on your eyes at night.
Sweet! I didn't think DR would be able to handle 100% FET. I might need to build one of these!
So far, I’ve never had a problem pushing the SST-20 Deep Reds. Same with the white ones too. They hold up quite well!
