They have to pay the price I think is fair or I'm not going to sell," Robertson said. "I didn't get into owning a building for charity. It's always been a financial process."

Ah, spoken like a true landlord. I hope the tenants can buy the building they live in instead of it being sold to another ~~parasite~~ landlord.
