This is a community for designs specifically crafted to make the experience worse for the user. This can be due to greed, apathy, laziness or just downright scumbaggery.

The fact that they are begging users to use Premium and then overcomplicating process for no reason, makes me want to never try to buy this crap again.
Of course, I have also sent a refund, I can't stand companies stealing money.
Advertising one thing, and then bait and switching it is in fact not a good design
I'd think good design would be usable, but maybe that's just me.
Expectations from an era gone by.
