This is why all the silicon valley startups end up having an HR and PR department: not because they want to, but they need to prevent and to prepare for eventual fuckups by employees, starting with their founders.
It's one thing the founder of a small startup says $InsensitiveCommentary on social media and shrugs off because they're small and unnoticed; it all changes once they start earning millions and people follow what they said.
