I recently wanted to watch Harry Potter (you know, a pretty famous movie). I was surprised not to find a single torrent of the movie in Spanish in multiple websites, and once I finally did, the dub was in Spain Spanish (as opposed to latinamerican Spanish).

Anyways, I think there should be a better way to do this, any suggestions?

It heavily depends on the language. Scandinavian languages, for example, are too small to have DD or public trackers while something like German might not exist as public tracker due to the harsh copyright laws (can't vouch for the last one).

It’s true but there are some nice German private trackers. And one I use and like wasn’t that hard to join. But as mentioned, because of the harsh copyright laws, most German content can be more easily found on Usenet or DDL sites
