The "'Music Theory' is Racist" video is pretty cool, though
I don't think it really means much to say that his music "did nothing commercially." most professional musicians don't find success with their personal projects.
e: Also worth pointing out that Neely's alma mater is Berklee, the same one as Laufey. They teach much more than just music theory.
