Like it's amazing, I needed my tooth out because it was infected, the doctor told me straight up to do a root canal I'd need to be forwarded to an oral surgeon and then it costs $3 grand and then it's only good for about 4-5 years. So we decided on pulling the tooth, the roots of the other tooth that I had that fell out, and treating the infection with medicine.

If I didn't have medicaid I'd be super boned. Now with that said, modern dentistry is amazing, he shot me up on both sides of my mouth and in 10 min he extracted the tooth and the roots. EVERYONE should have access to this, it's a human right!!

I'm not asking for the title to be changed but I don't think "idealistic" makes sense in this sentence. Many people seem to think that idealism means altruism. Idealism is supposed to mean like "wants non-material goals".

"Call me Idealistic but I think modern dentistry should have freedom and democracy"

Freedom and democracy are ideals, immaterial, and subjective. It would be idealistic to want "freedom and democracy" for dentistry because there is no specific material goal

Free dentistry for all people is not idealistic because it is a specific material goal. An idealistic goal would be "affordable dentistry". It is the liberals and chuds who are the idealists.
