I think it's because, early on, those on the mod team, and many people who were initially shaping Hexbear didn't want this to be a pure theory circlejerk.
I mean, the ML wreckers used to say I was an Anarkiddie, and the anarchists said I was Red Fash.
I feel like this is the only time the centrist mantra "If you're pissing off both sides, your doing something right!" Is ever actually correct. But I've always advocated for an end to capitalism first, then we can have our stupid quibbles on what our new society will look like.
For now, just be open to anybody who is on the left and more interested in IRL organizing and dank left wing memes over whatever Ideological costume they want to wear.
