We are, and there’s no way to prevent it. Writing it out wouldn’t help much, because people will find ways to violate the spirit of the law while following its letter, but who you talk to and how, who mods and how, who follows or blocks whom, all of these things feed into the etiquette of the ecosystem. We are, with every interaction, showing each other what is and is not tolerated.
