He only has room in his head for like 10 words at a time. That's why he thinks remembering 5 in cognitive tests is a huge victory. It takes half his brain! And the other half is "America" "golf" "China" and "besty Putin."

Well to be honest he probably wants to name after Himself but even his most loyalists followers refuse to do that. They probably told him that when he wins they will do just that. I mean he did complained that he had to build all these moments after himself because noone will do it after he dies.
