If you store enough vital information in your head, you never need to really work hard except when you become the fire extinguisher for other people's fuck-ups.

I've been working at my job for quite some time now. By this point I know pretty much everything there is to know, I can work with all manufacturing machines, do maintenance, configurations, etc.

There are alot of "bad jobs" around that you just gotta do in-between manufacturing itself, and for a second year now the management leaves me alone. I feel like we have this unwritten contract that says "I have enough experience to jump to a better job, but if you don't make me do the nasty jobs, I'll continue working".
