Then they arrive at their station and continue at being productive members of society for the rest of the workday. The wheels of capitalism gets to turn for another day and everybody lets out a sigh of relief that doom wasn't upon them personally just yet and then they wonder if there's perhaps anything new on Netflix they can binge after work when parked on their couches like an adult-sized depressed fetus just trying to recharge the tiniest little bit of energy, just enough to get up and do it all again tomorrow. "Or maybe there's anything on HBO? No... What about Disney+ then? Also no..."
