Once every 1-2 months I take no-guard clippers to it and get everything off but not shaved enough to cause ingrowns. It stays neat for 4-6 weeks then returns to wild bush. Every single time I do it it's an hour long ordeal but it always feels so nice at the end and I'm like holy shit why didn't I do this a 1-2 weeks ago??? The airflow + not getting gunk in it is 100% worth the hours' work every time.
