That is not how it works, unless we drop the temperature from a higher level down, e.g. when you have your hand in hot water or sunshine.

From the cold side it can only get warmer. That works until you die, which is not exactly relevant here. But the core temperature will, even then, still be higher (aka heating the limb) and there is no way around that due to how heat works.
