what they dont know is that these influencers, come from WEALTHY families, they can afford to do nothing and become influencers. i currently follow like 2 pet ones, yea i was thinking no way you are that young fresh out of college and already owning a house or apartment. in a sub while back, i was explaining to someone how you need to hire a whole team for your production. Mr beast, sniperwolf, ppdie, the new ones like treharn, tennyson come from well off families. they dont have to worry about thier parents ragging on them for having no direction. all these influencers have production teams. i think i heard some people tell that thier young cousins just upload videos and assume people would be flocking to thier channel.

they want to be the next mr beast, ishowspead, KSI, kai cent,,,etc, trahaern, tennyson, these people are all wealthy to begin with,.

Like most "dream jobs" they idolize the idea of it without recognizing the reality of it. They see getting paid to play video games, not putting up insane hours to constantly churn out content and game the algorithm.

The thing that gets me is that other pie-in-the-sky dreams like pro athlete or rockstar are somewhat moderated because people more easily realize they don't have the skill to reach the top. Streaming is similar odds of hitting it big, but so many more people seem to think they can make it a career because they have a laptop and an internet connection.
